Getting your domain name

How's it going folks? Today is the day we give our first step towards making money online. I'll be showing you everything you need to do so pay close attention and let's start!

In order for this to work you'll need to get your own domain name.

Relax... your dinner is more expensive, and judging by the looks of the economy, even a cup of coffee and a bagel are still more costly than this.

Also, it doesn't matter if you're gonna host your site in Blogger, like this one started, or in a paid web host, or if you want to get it all for free. Nothing like that matters:

BUY YOUR OWN DOMAIN NAME.
DO NOT USE A FREE SUBDOMAIN NAME

This is the first thing you need to do to get money with WINTEMO or any other system.
That is, if you don't own any.

So, here we go!

Act 1

1 - Click here and to visit GoDaddy.com where you can get a domain name.

2 - On the "Domains" tab, hit "Domain Search"

3 - Enter your domain name you wish and see if it's available. If so, then hit "Continue to Cart".

You'll be taken to another page where you need to click "Continue to Cart" again.
Do it.

4 - GoDaddy likes to "plan ahead" and add a few years to your domain name's life. You'll need to scale it down so it's cheaper. Click to enlarge.

5 - Then proceed to checkout, create your account, enter your billing information and complete your order.

6 - When you get the confirmation your account and domain name have been created, go to blogger so you can use your recently purchased domain name as your default instead of the subdomain Blogger gives you.

After that... Bing! You're done! That's all you gotta do to get your domain name! Plus it's very cheap too, so you won't be on the downside!

This means that so far, we've spent $3.13, which sounds great given that most domain name registrars charge around +$8.

You can do this in less than 10 minutes so hot to it!

Take care!

One good advertising tool you must have

I've been testing a lot of advertising techniques and probably, I must be one of those who only use the weirdest! ;-)~

Recently, I’ve stumbled upon a website called...

IBO Toolbox.

This is a free of charge website promotion page which does most of the work needed to promote your website or offers.

Being credit-based, you can gain them either by completing tasks like in a “Get-Paid-To…” website, being active on their network or simply buying them: this and getting a contributor badge that doubles the amount of credits when you make a post (they call it Press Release), are the only things you’ll need to pay for.

And those are 100% optional.

The point of the credits is to convert them into impressions (clicks to your banner ads or text ads) so you can start vectoring the traffic to your offers.

IBO Toolbox Members also benefit from having a public profile page hey can customize completely and put there what they wish.

By completing your profile you’ll get a quick 500 credits! This can give you instant traffic.

What this site lets you to do is, add your YouTube videos to their directory, your social networks, websites, business pages and more. All of that gets indexed by search engines. So, the more Press releases and comments you do, the more you have to benefit from it. And if you add original content of your own, you’ll get even more credits.

Got a Google AdSense account? Great! You can monetize your profile page by adding an ad! The same rules apply, so post as often as you can!

But there’s more than just that: IBO Toolbox has a “YouTube” and “Fiverr” of its own.

You can also exchange likes, tweets and YouTube views with other members! If you’re in need for followers, then register now! Their member count is lower than 4.5K, which means you still have a chance! And it’s free!

Now, unlike most membership sites of the sort… namely Traffic Exchanges (Except TAB) that only display your site to members… like I already said on another post, IBO Toolbox displays your site and social networks to OUTSIDE VISITORS! They get around 300,000 daily views. That sounds about right, since there aren’t many people using it.

Really this is a good resource center you should be using if you don’t already.

Just click here to join, connect with me and you’ll be granted a good promotion Assistant to get you more views!

See you on the inside!

4 good reasons you should blog frequently

We're just about to start our financial independence journey and there's just one more thing you'll need to be knowledgeable about…

…and that is Blogging!

Yup, you need to blog EVERY SINGLE DAY. No exception. The reason why you want to do this is because you’ll be adding more keywords to your site, by the simple fact that you’re writing.

More text = more keywords and that increases your exposure since your site becomes richer.

You already know that you need to post original and helpful content.
One of the posts in my main Blog explains that to a higher level.

Putting it “stupid simple” here are a few reasons why you should blog often:

  • Your site gets indexed sooner.
Google never gets enough of large text blocks, so just give it to them! Here take a look:

5 or 6 days blogging with 10 posts, after registering on Google Webmaster Tools (which I forgot to add to the other post), WINTEMO already has 66% of the pages in Google. Just with ten posts this site gets a decent coverage.

Although the domain name did played its part.

This alone can give you a lot of visitors and you shouldn’t ignore it.

  • People, who like your posts, will share them.
You have a lot of stuff on your blog being showcased, right? So you’re bound to have people really enjoying something you wrote.

Whoever shares your site, will advertise for you free of any cost! Especially on social networks; you’ll go viral if you have kick-ass material!

  • You’ll get returning users.
Just by being active in a community you’ll get a ton of people coming back for more since you’re giving away something new every day! This is what your audience will like you the most on you.

There’s always a segment of people who tracks how’s everything going on a specific community. It’s much easier to be an active user on a Forum because you can start threads of your own but still, they get to comment frequently and get engaged with you as you’re giving them the chance.

Then, you can start a much more closer relationship with your by readers by replying to their comments.

It’s VERY IMPORTANT that you don’t just let them speak to themselves. Unless you have a very good reason not to. But even so, let them be aware of your absence.

  • You’ll get more leads!
In case some of your readers sign up to your newsletter, you’ll be able to both advertise your products as well as getting them to return to your site!

This also gives you recurring visitors since your newsletter is tied with your own blog. RSS feeds aren’t used very much so, you’ll need to use a dedicated service to convert them into blog broadcasts which I’ll tell you about in future posts.

The potential is limitless by blogging frequently. Just check it for yourself!

You’re gonna get one of the best blogging platforms out there, along with a good hosting and a newsletter service with WINTEMO so, just stick around.

I’ll be seeing you soon. Thanks for reading!

What's an Auto-Responder?

Good evening everyone!

We've been only pointing out the basics of Affiliate marketing. Now I'll show you the most popular and effective tools to grow a successful business and become an authority on your niche.

So make sure you add me to your bookmark. This way you won't miss anything and will be able to get everything much faster!

You can also join me on Facebook, ya? ;-)~

OK! Here we go! :D

Auto-Responder

An Auto-responder is an emailing service that sends your latest blog posts, spontaneous messages you'd like to send to your audience and pre-written emails you've created.

This is rated as the #1 Affiliate Marketing tool, because it sends your message and advertises for you, FULLY AUTOMATICALLY!

How? Because you can enter any messages to it that you want! Whether they're showing some cool article or promoting one of your products. People will check it out and buy it without your intervention, which is known as "auto-pilot".

This means that you need to get one. There are very powerful services such as these like AWeber, GetResponse and Mailchimp

Feel free to check them but don't buy them yet.

Remember, that you're still learning what these are. Without a website and a public, having these is a waste of money, besides I'm gonna show you how you can get one for free.

Mailchimp is free but only converts RSS to email.
Free accounts don't have an Auto-Responder.

An auto-responder also has sign-up forms, landing pages, detailed reports, social media integration, email parsing and advanced features for developers.

These are all neat features that you'll learn to use later on.

Your objective

When you finally get one, you'll need to create the messages your email service automatically sends to your subscribers, enter your feed URL so your latest posts also get emailed and of course...

GET PEOPLE TO SIGN-UP! :D

That's the most important part, getting people to sign-up to your newsletter.

Can I use the chance and ask you subscribe to mine?

Wilson.

P.S.: I want you to do some homework... Go to Clickbank's Marketplace list and choose something that you're familiar with in order to promote.

You can start an account now, but don't get ahead of yourself and start promoting an offer. Stick with me and I'll show you the way!

Who is hosting this?

How's it going, y'all? It's Wilson again with another basic post on affiliate marketing!

Like I told you before, website hosting is the topic of discussion for today.

Webhosting is very cheap nowadays, you can get an average host for as little as $3 and they're pretty much reliable.

What matters the most is getting some freebies that help you get the most of it. Y'know, the usual "more thrash for less cash". ;-)~

But there's nothing thrashy in getting stuff like free advertising credits, link-builders and scripts.

What are all these? Let's take a look:

HOSTING

A website hosting service is the computer that will store your files, meaning, the actual content people will see when they type in your domain name.

If you don't have a website ready to go, it's FINE! Don't worry about it.

Your major concern now is a hosting service that provides you with....

  • cPanel

cPanel is a Control Panel (Insert "You don't say" GIF here) that allows you to build your site from scratch in case you don't know how to.

Every section has a video tutorial so you don't get lost. You need cPanel to get this going, but I don't mean right now! This is just to show you what you're gonna have to deal with in the near future.

It has other features too but that isn't worth going through.

The utility you'll work on through cPanel is called Softaculous Script Auto-Installer.
You'll be able to install, say..., a WordPress site with it.

  • Unlimited Disk Space
Whether your site will be something small or big, it's an unknown. You mind as well have extra disk space on the host's hard drive you don't use than finding yourself deleting old backup copies to save on space.

This isn't usually a problem on new sites, because they don't really have that much content but don't settle for anything less than that.

  • Unlimited Bandwidth
Now this is something you can't relinquish. Take a look at my bandwidth usage:

Were at day 12 and I already used up almost 1.5 GB of bandwidth! And this is because I haven't uploaded new pages to my main site because I know for sure I already had this usage during the first 7 days of the month!

Although new domains don't get a lot of hits in the first months of their life, in case you pretend to add a lot of images, host your own videos, etc., see to it that
bandwidth isn't a problem.

But do note; by "unlimited" they mean within acceptable use. You can't use their servers for file storage and sharing. Accounts without an index.htm(l) or index.php (the main page) get quickly suspended.

If your webhosting account imposes bandwidth limits, when you reach it, you and your audience will get an error saying that your bandwidth limit has been exceeded and they'll leave your site.

That means you're losing potential costumers which sucks, right?

At least for me, these are the most important things. Up until know we've been talking about tech stuff but there's just one more thing we need to see before starting the money-making machinery (good keyword, eh?), so I HOPE you already chose your niche...

I'll be signing off for now! You know you can contact me on Facebook or through email via support@triplestrata.com

Laterz ;-)~
